the location was perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the bustling city center. the room was well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and had a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. the service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. the breakfast was very tasty and there were organic veggies from the garden. the pool and lounge area were stylish and perfect for relaxing.
There was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and comfortable lounge space. The staff was helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the transportation service offered to and from this city. we had a great experience.

During my business trip, I really appreciated the warm and courteous service offered by the staff. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The central pool provided an opportunity to relax after a long day of work. the hotel offered a reliable transportation service to key locations, making it easy to move around the city.
One drawback of my stay was that the language barrier caused some confusion when communicating with the staff. the restaurant service was not always clear, and the lack of a menu made it difficult to determine costs.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled in the picturesque Palmaraie area, was just perfect for a serene and tranquil experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel provided top-notch service, including a convenient airport shuttle and dry cleaning service for the utmost convenience. The room amenities were exceptional, with a well-stocked mini-bar, a cozy sitting area, a spacious dressing area, and even a private patio to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I felt completely secure with the in-room safe, and the provided hair dryer and free toiletries were a nice touch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent Christmas at an amazing hotel with a beautiful pool to ourselves. the food was incredible and they offered an amazing spa experience. the location was perfect because it was nice and quiet away from the business of the city, but close enough to visit easily.
That the hotel didn't have a great selection of activities. We had to venture out to explore the area in order to find something to do.
